In any surrogacy process it is necessary to draw up a legal contract between the surrogate mother and the intended parents. In addition to many other aspects, it is very important that the contract include the following parts:
- Signature of all parties involved
- obligations of all parties involved
- financial compensation for the surrogate mother
- cancellation policy of the contract
