Surrogacy arrangements are permitted for both residents and non-residents in the Republic of Georgia (Europe) since 1997, which turns it into a perfect destination country for intended parents from all over the world. Under Georgian law, only married heterosexual couples have the right to have a child via gestational surrogacy.
