    Hi, ladies

Please, someone could give any information according to surrogacy abroad? Which clinic did you use? How did you deal with legal part during and after the process?
Currently my husband and I are ready to deal with our infertility issue! Nearly 3 months ago we have visited Ukrainian biotexcom clinic and got the consultation there. But neither I nor my husband didn’t like this place. I mean the experts there are quite good and the price in around 30k euros is good enough. But we didn’t ready to waste our time in biotexcom’s lines. I understood surrogacy hard and exhausting process but we want at least somehow to spare our nerves.

    Thanks to everyone

  2. I have never shown any interest in surrogacy. But it had to happen that my husband and I faced with the problem of infertility. Our fertility journey was really hard and had a lot of tears. I met my husband really late (I was 34). A year later we happily married. We both understood we shouldn’t drag out our time with children. We tried naturally for almost 3 years and believed that we would achieve the desired pregnancy as soon as possible. But nothing, there was nothing. We took a consultation with the fertility specialist who advised to use IVF treatment. As a result, I had 6 failed rounds of IVF. I don’t imagine how we can cope with this hard period for our family. We even thought about adoption. But the procedure of adoption is really hard and stressful in our country. We took one more consultation from another fertility specialist and he said that surrogacy might be an option for us. He advised having surrogacy journey somewhere in Russia or Ukraine because it would be cheaper. And we chose biotexcom in Kiev. The price was OK (around 30.000 euros). You shouldn’t pay extra money. The clinic wasn’t a luxury and something unbelievable. But everything worked. Our surrogate mother delivered our little Adriana. She was born rather a big girl. Honestly, we have only a positive attitude to biotex because they gave us a chance to become happy parents. So, surrogacy really works in Ukraine.

  3. I think the clinic is great. It is super affordable. As you mentioned. Plus the environment is so friendly. I have been there myself. I loved them. They know what they do. They have a great success card. I didn’t wanna risk my money and baby. I really wanted a baby. I wanted it soon. So I went to this clinic. They didn’t disappoint me. They connected me with a surrogate. Legal processes were done. After a year I had my baby in my hands. He was perfect and healthy. I can never thank this clinic enough.

  4. Hi dear. I hope you are fine. It made me sad to hear about your infertility. It is such a curse. You are right it made a woman depressed. You have to be brave. Well’ this is called life. Life is a name of difficulties. One has to be strong in order to survive in this world. I have seen many posts where people talk about Adonis. It is not only you with whom it has done wrong. It has done unfairly to many other people. I am also one of them. Let me share you my experience with the clinic. I got married two years ago. I faced two miscarriages. I became infertile. I was really depressed. A friend of mine told me about surrogacy. I looked for the good clinic. I came to know about this clinic. It seemed to be a very good clinic on the internet. But when I went there. It was completely changed as it was on the internet. Even the building was not the same. I had all my hope with this clinic. I started my treatment there. In bringing it was good but after some time. They showed their real face. The staff was so rude. The clinic was really dirty. It was like a hell.

  5. Hi. Infertility is hard to overcome. I faced it for 10 years. I never knew that I am infertile. But I think it is not written in our fate. I decide to go for IVF. it was a complicated process. I was so confused. It failed for me. I was so upset. But I went for another thing. I went for surrogacy. I have a baby now. I am so happy that I chose it. I am satisfied with my decision.

  6. hi, hope you are going well. all the things can’t go according to our desires.it doesn’t matter if you are infertile.it’s a positive point that you are not upset like other people. life is a combination of joys and sorrows. but don’t make it difficult for you. infertility is a painful feeling I know. but it’s not careless. so be hopeful. surrogacy is the best treatment. a lot of people think of it as an unnatural thing. but it’s as simple as a normal pregnancy. somewhere we have to compromise for something. i’m not giving you the suggestion to go to any special clinic because I know about the bad experiences of many clinics. Their services are not good. i have listened very complains about their staff., with lots of IVF failures, I’m really afraid. so please choose an only right clinic. surrogacy can work effectively on any good clinic. i’m sure you’ll find it

  7. I understand your concern. You are not alone in this. I had chosen the same for me. When I was infertile. I had lost all hope. I lost my husband as well because he was not ready to live with me. Tell me if this was my fault? However, I got to know about this treatment from a friend. I took the chance. The chance was worth taking for. Now I am a mother of a beautiful baby. I consider myself the happiest woman alive. Adoption was not an option for me! Let me tell you it takes a lot of you to trust everything at the moment. Think about the future you will get to have with your own child.

  8. Hi, Emilia. It’s nice to see you there. I am very happy that you are seeking help. As it is a matter of fact. Most ladies failed to get treatment about infertility. The reason is, they don’t know about the clinic and treatments. As a result, they go to a notorious clinic. They are not sincere with the patient. They not only waste their time but also money. I want to tell you about IVF. This is one of the best treatment for infertility. It has huge success. Many women dreams have become true. I have many examples around me. Choosing a clinic is also an issue. I know a very famous clinic. It is very famous for infertility treatment. I hope you will think about my suggestions, thank you so much!

  9. Ladies you both are quite right about surrogacy. If you compare the cost of it in various countries then you should know. It is actually cheaper in Ukraine. If you would consider the mentioned clinic it is very economical. When all you have to do is spare money for your tickets. the least expense is from 30-75k in Ukraine. In USA it exceeds 100k. so you can actually save yourself some financial stress.

  10. Hi, ladies

Maybe someone also faced with my problem. My hubby and I addressed to biotexcom for surrogacy but the manager said that it is impossible. She explained that the Ukrainian government is going to adopt a new law thus the surrogacy can’t be done.
And now we are making guess where we should apply for surrogacy. I have read somewhere that it is also legal in Greece and Russia.

Maybe anyone has any thought about those 2 directions? I would be grateful for any information.

  12. Hi ladies!

My husband and I can’t conceive a child more over 4 years. I had fertility treatment which wasn’t positive. We live in Israel and the surrogacy is prohibited in our country. Moreover, our religion believes that it is a sin. We can’t succeed with the adoption due to the money issue. My husband doesn’t earn enough. Thus we decided to have surrogacy. And I found the Biotexcom searching the net.
I have a few questions to ask according to the process there. Can Israel couple have surrogacy there? Does it take long legal part? It is the main which we want to learn. But maybe you have more information about surrogacy in that clinic. I would be really grateful.

    Thank everyone!

  13. Hi girls!
I am on the same boat right now! Thus our fertility expert said that surrogacy is the last chance! Umm, it is so hard! We almost lost our fate to have a baby in our family!
At the same time, we have limited our budget and we can’t afford surrogacy in the US. That’s why Ukraine is the last place where we can go! I have read that Biotexcom provides affordable surrogacy. But we so afraid to have surrogacy in Ukraine because of the political situation there!
Please, I need your advice according to our situation! We don’t want to make a mistake! I would like to hear any information about the surrogacy process in there!
    Best wishes to everyone

    • Hi there, Grina. I’m sorry for what you’re facing! Surrogacy is never easy by its means ever. And we all expect things going on right when undergoing the procedure. And it’s so madly unfair those things happen so that agencies/clinics/SMs can be irresponsible!! I believe they have to screen their donors/SMs even TWICE before letting them into the programs. May I ask you where were you passing treatments before? If you don’t mind me asking. Our experience with surrogacy at BTC is quite positive. Saying it’s so much important if you can trust the place you’re with, though going overseas is usually challenging and you don’t really know what to expect. Our SM is 27 yrs old. She has a kid on her own, meaning proven fertility. The clinic/SM told us she was screened for all possible diseases. Also she had to prove none of her relatives had any of genetic diseases..
I’ll be keeping you in my prayers for that despite all the complications one day your baby comes to this world absolutely healthy and happy. Stay strong, all of you, do stay strong!!

  14. Hi there!

My husband and I are also interested in the Biotexcom! We are dealing with infertility long 6 years! We failed with the adoption process! Thus the surrogacy the last chance for us!
We have already made a request to the clinic. But currently, we have some doubts about whether our surrogacy should be there! I have read much information about this place! And commenters have a double attitude to the Biotexcom!
Well, we don’t want to fail our surrogacy journey! I would like to hear some stories about surrogacy there! Did you have any difficulties? We are worried about the legal part! Maybe you faced another problem during your surrogacy there?
    I will appreciate any information

    Thank you

    • Hello everyone!
My husband and I did a surrogacy program in Ukraine in 2018-2019. First we wanted to go to the US, but it’s much more expensive there, so we decided to turn to the Ukrainian clinic. We were thinking about Biotex too, but after we contacted them there was lack of communication from heir side, we had to wait for a couple of days to get a response to a simplest questions. I also found some negative comments about them on different forums, so we were not ready to start the treatment with them.
After some time we found IVMED clinic (also in Kiev) and decided to turn to them, and I am so happy we did. Everything went really smoothly with them, especially the exit process that I was worried about. Our coordinator was always there for us to help with any questions and issues we had.
Someone mentioned here before that they had some problems with local authorities afterward, but we hadn’t. I don’t know maybe we’ve got lucky or it depends on a country (we’re from the US).

  15. Hey there,

I’ve found a cheap fertility clinic in the Ukraine and they made me a special price, but I don’t know if it’s trustworthy. I heard a lot of negatives of the Ukraine in terms of surrogacy. Does anyone here know any alternative countries?

  16. Hi ladies! I see that some of you dealt with the biotexcom. As for me 5 years ago I got married and we have great family. But almost 4 years we are dealing with the infertility factor. We saw a number of fertility experts who believed that their treatment would help us. Time passed but every treatment turned to be useless. Every fertility expert was pulling money from our family. But one of them was honest and said that we should consider surrogacy or adoption. Adoption is veeery long and complicated process. We don’t lay aside this variant and support adoption! But firstly we would like to try surrogate motherhood as in this case child will have our genes. Well, maybe someone faced with the surrogacy in the biotexcom. Could you write any comment about that place? Because I have found both positive and negative about that place. My husband and I are really exhausted by the previous treatments. We want to be sure about everything. I wish many health and happiness for every couple.

  17. Hello,

We had a surrogacy in the Ukraine. We are German citizens. The process was ok, our surrogate got pregnant, we had a healthy Baby. It was a little complicated afterwards at home with our local authorities but in the end everything went as it should.

Wish you the best of luck and should you have questions, feel free to ask.

  18. Hello,

we also consider having surrogacy over there. We have investigated a little in their website for some information and have found an All Inclusive Standard package. What they state there sounds actually good, support in legal affairs, support with housing, transportation, food, smartphone and SIM card for lokal phone calls.

What still holds us back are the comments on the forums. Some say good, some say bad. Maybe we just should start and try one cycle with the most economic package and if it doesn’t work, look for an alternative.

  19. We were also IP’s at biotexcom, at the end of the day it wasn’t really worth it economically speaking because you have to travel a lot, look for accomodation, can’t be always in touch with your surrogate.. So during the 9 months of pregnancy you don’t get to experience the whole journey, just from very far away. I’m just glad we didn’t have to face struggles when determing kinship. I feel that might cause some struggles, above all for European citizens..Bless you all!

    • As far as i know, it’s impossible for gay couples as well as single mothers (fathers) to do a surrogate program in Ukraine (I think the situation is the same in Georgia, but I’m not sure). Yeah, Ukraine would of been a good choice for you, guys, as it’s much cheaper to do this there than in the US, for example, but unfortuanately, you’ll have to look for alternative countries, as there are some law restrictions regarding gay marriages.
Anyway, good luck in finding a suitable clinic!

  21. What are my possibilites as a single female in eastern Europe? I actually can’t afford a surrogacy treatment in my home country. The only option would be Europe or Canada but Canada is more difficult…

    • Hi Tina,

unfortunately, it is not possible for single women to opt for a surrogacy treatment in some European countries be it because of the legal situation of the destination or be it due to legal circumstances in the intended mother’s home country. 22. I absolutely agree. Very emotional and close to life. I had been in the same boat for so many years!! We dedicated much time to investigate the reasons for our infertility. Switched several fertility experts in order to get to the core. But all we got was – 3 different opinions which made the whole situation even more intricate…

Finally, with the problem more or less nailed we started actual treatments – IVF shots. Used own eggs as it goes. Our path led us to Ukraine. We signed up with Biotex. The contract was aimed to cover us from money loss in case no success. Thus the clinic tries as long as possible to achieve success. They call it unlimited number of attempts. But if your body gets drained. or there are some coming health risks. or you simply don’t want to continue treatments with them after the number of shots – They refund the money paid back. We didn’t happen to see such an option anywhere else. We both thought this was a good chance to try out our destiny one more and probably the last time…

.One should never give up! It’s hard, sometimes it’s torture – one should know what he’s doing this all for!
