Surrogacy may be indicated in cases of uterine anomalies or severe diseases, including severe endometriosis (grade IV), unstuck Asherman's syndrome or endometrial sclerosis, large fibroids or polyps, etc. All these diseases or anomalies can prevent pregnancy.
