During the 9 months that the pregnancy lasts, the surrogate has the responsibility to take care of the future baby of the intended parents, so it seems logical that they want to know and talk to the person who will take care of their baby during these first months just as they will worry and want to interview the people who will take care of him during the rest of his childhood in the nursery or school.
