A surrogacy contract is used to establish the terms and conditions, as well as the responsibilities of each party involved in the surrogacy arrangement.
The rights of each party, commitment, and responsibilities of the intended parents and gestational carrier should be included. Also, it will establish the financial compensation that will be given to the GC and any other additional payment that she may receive, as well as how to proceed in case of unforeseen events.
