In the state of Nevada (United States), surrogacy is permitted for all persons, including all family models. Treatment is available to both individuals and couples, regardless of sexual orientation. There is also no need to be married or to present a medical indication justifying access to the treatment.
In addition, prospective parents are not required to reside in Nevada, making Nevada a suitable reproductive tourism destination.
