What is a surrogate sisterhood?

Being a surrogate creates a strong sense of community between gestational carriers. During the past few years, we have witnessed the creation of what is popularly called “surro-sisterhood”, a community of women who have been surrogates, gathered to provide support to new candidates or to those who are in the process. It is considered a major advantage of becoming a surrogate.
