Types of uterine anomalies

Uterine anomalies, also known as Müllerian duct anomalies, are originated during the stage of embryo development where sex determination occurs. Embryonic structures that form the uterus and Fallopian tubes, i.e. the Müllerian ducts, do not fuse adequately and cause anomalies that can be more or less serious.
